No matter how strong and self-sufficient you think you may be, you're hard-wired to crave consistency and connection. All humans are. This is why rituals, transcending everyday habits, are so important to us all. Rituals serve as a source of consistency, as a marker, and as an opportunity to center and reorient oneself.

Mindfulness for Increased Well-Being

Mindfulness teaches you to be fully present in the moment and connect more deeply with yourself and others. Being aware of your surroundings and your emotions can also help to identify areas in your life that may need attention and act with reason.

Wake Up Calls are a chance for you to foster a sense of resilience and strength. They also teach you to appreciate the growth and development that comes from adversity.


Your Ritual with Wake Up Call

Start by taking a few deep breaths while looking at your reflection. Take a moment to concentrate and center yourself in the present moment, fully aware of your surroundings.

When you’re ready, apply one pump of Wake Up Call to your palms. Now, you can begin to pat the product into your facial skin and neck, making sure to work in gentle movements.

Notice how the nourishing ingredients of the elixir penetrate your skin, invigorating and awakening your senses.

Now, bring your attention to your surroundings.

Observe the colors, shapes, and textures, as well as any scents wafting through the air and sounds filling your ears.

What do you feel? Allow yourself to acknowledge and accept all feelings, without judgment or criticism.

Then repeat the following affirmation three times:


“I am open to receiving Wake Up Calls from the universe, trusting that they will guide me towards greater awareness and growth.”


End the ritual by taking another deep breath. Take a moment to embrace yourself or place your hands on your heart. Reflect on any insights or realizations that may have arisen during the ritual, and carry this newfound awareness with you throughout your day.
