  • Do I have to create a customer account first to be able to order?

    No, at This Place you can also order without a customer account. But why not? Because a customer account also offers advantages: You don't have to enter your address data every time.

  • Can I change or cancel my order?

    Yes, you can - but only as long as your products have not yet been shipped. We try to ship every order as soon as possible. So if you want to change or cancel something, let us know as soon as possible by sending us an email to service@this.place.

  • How can I place an order?

    To do this, you simply put the products in the shopping cart. To do this, simply click on the corresponding button "add to cart". Make sure that the correct number of products is displayed at the end. By the way: You do not need a customer account to order at This Place.

  • What happens if I have not received an email confirmation after placing my order?

    If you have not received an order confirmation by e-mail from us, please contact us via chat or by e-mail at service@this.place. We will send you your confirmation as soon as possible.     You can easily have our products sent to you by mail within Germany. We are working on making shipping to other European countries possible.

  • Is it possible to receive my package in neutral packaging?

    All our packaging for shipping our products are deliberately chosen neutral. Unfortunately, there are currently no other options beyond that.

  • Can my shipping address be different from my billing address?

    Sure - just specify at checkout that your billing and shipping addresses are different. If you do, you will be prompted to enter an additional billing address during the process.

  • With which shipping service providers will my package be shipped?

    Shipping within Germany is currently handled by DHL. We are working on providing you with more options in this regard soon.

  • Where is my package?

    As soon as we send your package, you will receive an email from us. In it you will find a tracking number and a link to it. If for any reason this does not work properly, do not hesitate to contact us via chat or email at service@this.place - we will take care of it and give you feedback as soon as possible.

  • Can I have my order delivered to a Packstation or post office branch?

    Yes, you can also conveniently pick up your order at a DHL Packstation or at your local post office.   • Can I pay for my order in installments?

    Yes - both Sezzle and Klarna payments allow you to pay in installments. When paying by Sezzle, you need to create an account before the first use. After that you can comfortably pay in 4 installments without additional fees. If you use the service of Klarna, you can pay your order in monthly installments of 1/24 of the total amount (but at least 6.95 euros) or at the conditions specified in the checkout. Klarna will debit the due amounts (installments) at the end of the month and will send you a monthly invoice in advance.

  • What payment methods are accepted?

    Currently you can pay with us in the following ways: Klarna (purchase on account, instant transfer and purchase on installments), Sezzle, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and Giropay.

    You can also purchase on account with us. The processing is then done through our partner Klarna. The payment period is 14 days from the date of dispatch of the invoice.
