  • Do I have to create a customer account first to be able to order?

    No, at This Place you can also order without a customer account. But why not? Because a customer account also offers advantages: You don't have to enter your address data every time.

  • Can I change or cancel my order?

    Yes, you can - but only as long as your products have not yet been shipped. We try to ship every order as soon as possible. So if you want to change or cancel something, let us know as soon as possible by sending us an email to service@this.place.

  • How can I place an order?

    To do this, you simply put the products in the shopping cart. To do this, simply click on the corresponding button "add to cart". Make sure that the correct number of products is displayed at the end. By the way: You do not need a customer account to order at This Place.

    You can have our products conveniently sent to you by post within Germany as well as to Austria and Switzerland. We are continuously working on making shipping to other European countries possible.

  • Is it possible to receive my package in neutral packaging?

    All our packaging for shipping our products are deliberately chosen neutral. Unfortunately, there are currently no other options beyond that.

  • Can my shipping address be different from my billing address?

    Sure - just specify at checkout that your billing and shipping addresses are different. If you do, you will be prompted to enter an additional billing address during the process.

  • With which shipping service providers will my package be shipped?

    Shipping within Germany and to Austria is currently handled by DHL. When shipping to Switzerland, we ship our goods via DAP or DPP. We are working on providing you with more options in this regard soon.

  • Where is my package?

    As soon as we send your package, you will receive an email from us. In it you will find a tracking number and a link to it.     Yes, you can also conveniently pick up your order at a DHL Packstation or at your local post office in Germany and Austria.     Yes, Klarna payments offer the flexibility to pay in installments. By using Klarna's service, you can conveniently spread the cost of your order into monthly installments, typically calculated as 1/24 of the total amount (with a minimum installment of 6.95 euros) or as per the terms specified during checkout.
