Your Ritual With Play It Cool

Play It Cool is a small moment to check in with yourself. Every time you apply it, you're invited to pause, breathe, and treat your eyes with a little softness. Morning, midday, or evening, let it be your gentle reminder: you deserve care too.

01 – Cool & Prepare

With clean hands, apply a small amount of the eye gel to your fingertip. If your eyes feel swollen, run your fingers under cold water first.

02 – Center Yourself

Take a few slow, conscious breaths. Let your belly rise and fall. Feel your focus return to your body.

03 – Gently Apply

Spread the gel over the eye area – upper lid, lower lid, and corners – using a light touch. Let the cooling texture ground you.

04 – Finger Mini Massage

Place your index and middle fingers near the inner corners of your eyes. Glide them gently across the upper eyelids, then circle back under your eyes. From there, sweep up over your brow and out toward the temples. Repeat this rhythm five times to stimulate circulation and support decongestion.

05 – Notice the Shift
