The Double Cleanse

The Double Cleanse is a 2-step double cleansing set designed to remove makeup, SPF and daily buildup without stripping the skin. Come Undone, an oil-based makeup remover, dissolves waterproof makeup and excess sebum. Off You Go, a gentle gel face cleanser, clears pores and supports the skin barrier. Used together, this double cleansing routine leaves skin clean, balanced and ready for hydration and treatment.

CREATIVE BRIEF: 
THE VIDEO

Your video should feel natural and authentic. The goal is to clearly show the transformation from wearing makeup or SPF to clean, fresh skin.

01. Hook (3–5 seconds)

Format: Hook → Ritual → Result

 

Begin with a clear visual that establishes context, such as your face wearing makeup after a long day, applying SPF or makeup earlier in the day, or a close-up of your skin with visible product. You may open with a simple hook like “If you wear SPF or makeup, you need to double cleanse,” “This is how I properly remove sunscreen or makeup,” or “My nightly reset.” Also mention "This Place" within the first few seconds and brand benefits, e.g. 100% Natural Ingredients.

02. Step-by-Step Ritual 

The main content of the video. Follow the real sequence as outlined in the section: Your Ritual with The Double Cleanse.

 

The order must be clear:

  01. Activate (shake Come Undone)

  02. Remove (massage on dry skin)

  03. Rinse or wipe

  04. Cleanse (Off You Go on damp skin)

  05. Rinse & rebalance (pat dry)

03. Proof / Result 

This is the final 5–7 seconds of the video. 

 

End the video by showing clean, fresh skin in natural lighting with a relaxed expression. You may include a simple closing line such as “My skin feels clean, not tight” or “This is my reset.” Avoid claims or medical language, such as saying the product cured acne, etc.
