How can I manage my subscription?
You can manage your subscription in your customer account. Just click on the link "Go to subscriptions" at the bottom of the page. There you will find your subscriptions. In the respective subscriptions you can then pause or cancel your subscriptions and change the delivery and billing address. If you need help, our customer service will be happy to assist you.
Can I change my shipping and billing address?
In your customer account, you can adjust the shipping and billing address of your current subscriptions. When the next order is processed, your changes will be applied.
Which payment methods can I use?
Currently, you can pay for our product subscription with PayPal and Credit Card.
What is the termination period?
The This Place product subscriptions do not have any minimum terms. You can terminate your subscription whenever you want.
